This 47-story condo project was already behind schedule when ASC arrived on site to begin our work. With LD's involved, effective scheduling became extremely critical to meet the customer’s completion date and approved budget.
ASC found ways to condense the production schedule for the difficult parking garage portion of the project and then managed the project to meet a very tight schedule throughout completion of the 47-story tower. The customer’s deadline was met because of ASC’s creative scheduling adjustments and we still delivered the project within the approved budget.
